It is our goal to offer same-day processing on orders received by 2:00 p.m. in our time zone; such orders will be mailed the next business day. All parts ordered are ship to/pickup from either our Tilton or Bow locations only.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us using our Contact form. Cancellation notice must be given within 2 hours of placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
To facilitate an easy experience on behalf of all our customers, we stand behind every product we sell. If there is an issue with your purchase, please let us know! We will do everything we can to make it right, including helping to troubleshoot problems or issuing an exchange or a refund. All item returns have to be returned postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Returned items need to have their intact original labels and packaging, as well as remain in new/unused condition. Note: many manufacturers now require preapproval of the return which can often delay the return process. However, we are here to help with all products purchased through us. Please complete our Product Return Form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We will issue an RMA or be in further contact to get more information about your return. You must obtain an RMA from us before returning as some items are not eligible for return. Once you have an RMA, place the item in its original package. You may be responsible for a 20% return fee and any incoming shipment chargers for special orders, direct orders, or distributor order items and return shipping charges for all in-store, ship-to-store, or shipped-to-location items. In general, all special-order items and color-match items are non-returnable. Any items installed by Truck Trends once installed are generally non-returnable unless the manufacturer agrees because of defects or other product issues, but are solely at the manufacturer’s discretion. Truck Trends cannot be held responsible or liable for problems with an aftermarket manufactured part.
Once we have received your returned item and inspected its condition, your return or exchange will be processed up to 5 business days. Please allow that amount of time for us to process your return or exchange before contacting us on its status. Customers who paid with credit cards should allow an additional 5 business days for the refund to show up on their statements.
