BDS offers complete coilover conversion upgrade kits for your Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD, making it effortless to convert your standard lifted suspension into coilovers. These kits are equipped with heavy-duty brackets and FOX 2.5 Coilovers to withstand any rugged use and abuse you subject them to, taking your vehicle's performance to new heights. These upgrade kits are compatible with existing BDS 6-inch lift kits, allowing for seamless integration.

BDS provides a bolt-on bracket for mounting the coilovers to the frame in the shock mount location. To reinforce the upper mount, a weld-in support gusset is utilized. Aside from replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are also upgraded for enhanced strength and travel to accommodate the new coilovers. The tubular performance upper control arms, specially designed by BDS for this system, work seamlessly with the 2.5 coilovers. The new lower control arms, on the other hand, are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed, and internally gusseted to complement the uppers.

FOX 2.5 Coilovers

FOX 2.5 Factory DSC shocks offer next-level performance for on-road and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter shocks are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity, keeping your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in rough terrain. The DSC adjuster adds remarkable versatility and precise tuning with a simple twist of either two adjuster knobs, offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency.
